I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how pleased I am with my Ivory Chesterfield Sofa thank you for an excellent service! The sofa arrived safely on the promised delivery day and looks absolutely beautiful my new living room. I was a little nervous to say the least as this was the first time I've ordered furniture on line. I have to admit I felt like I was taking abit of a gamble having not seen the furniture first, but I couldn't be more pleased. Your delivery process is excellent, and your delivery guys so helpful and polite. Please pass on my thanks to all concerned. I shall certainly use your company again and have already recommneded you to friends and family.

I received my order yesterday and just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the whole experience. I ordered my furniture 3 weeks ago and it has been effortless - although I was really nervous about ordering on-line. I saved over £600 on the suite I actually saw in my local Land of Leather and it’s from the same manufacturers. The delivery was fantastic, received a call to say they had booked me in, delivery arrived early as agreed. I will definitely use you again in the near future!

Very impressed with Designer Sofas4u I have to admit!  I wanted to buy a Ferrari Red Tub Chair as a Valentines pressie for my girlfriend but left it a bit late, spoke to Adam in Customer Care who was extremely helpful I explained the situation to him.  3 days later on the morning of Valentines Days the Chair arrived.  Chuffed to bits I was & girlfried loves it.  Thanks. Robbie S

Just a quick line to let you know how pleased we are with the chairs - and also the delivery. Buying chairs on-line was a gamble because you can't know if they are comfortable until you sit on them, but we couldn't be more pleased. They also look very good with our new 5 ' oak round dining table. Your delivery team are 1st class. The driver rang to say he would be delayed, then carried the 3 boxes up the hill to the house and brought them around the back to go straight into the kitchen - my husband thought he had parked outside the house otherwise he would have taken the van down to collect them.Once again, thankyou very much

I ordered a bed from Argos and they wouldn't take it upstairs. I then went to a local shop for the same bed as you supplied - they wanted a whopping £200 MORE than you charged and they gave me a delivery date of 5 weeks. You supplied me within 10 days. Thank you for such good service. And thank you too for the delivery men.

I ordered 2 chairs on Sunday, had a telephone call from customer service Monday morning and a delivery on Wednesday afternoon... What excellent service.
The chairs are exactly what I thought, great quality and a good price.  The guys delivering also unpacked them and took the rubbish away.

I ordered a 3+1+1 Chesterfield Suite and I just wanted to say that dealing with Designer Sofas4u has been great. I’ve moved house which has been stressful enough and to be able to order some furniture and not have to worry about it is how it should be! No ringing up to find out what’s happening because I’m already kept in the loop.  Got a call on the day of delivery to arrange a 2hour delivery slot …everything went smooth and easy and the furniture looks great.
