Terms & Conditions for the Designer Sofas 4u Ltd new cashback promotion

 CASHBACK PROMOTIONS

1. PARTICIPANT

1.1. Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.

1.2. All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1.3. This promotion is only available on purchases directly from www.designersofas4u.co.uk.

1.4. Employees of Designer Sofas 4u Ltd, its subsidiary companies, their families, agents and other

parties directly involved with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

2. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

2.1. To enter the promotion, the participant must purchase directly from www.designersofas4u.co.uk during the promotional dates specified in Clause 2.2 below.

2.2. Purchases for these promotions must be made between Sunday 1^st February 2009 and Tuesday 31^st March 2009 to take advantage of this promotion. Purchases made after Wednesday 1^st April 2009 will not be eligible for these promotions.

2.3. Designer Sofas 4u Ltd will endeavour to issue a promotional code within 28 days of purchase.

2.4. Only one (1) claim may be made per product purchased.

2.5. This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.

2.6. The participant will automatically be entered into the draw which will be held on Wednesday 1^st April 2009.

2.7. Designer Sofas 4u Ltd reserves the right to void this promotion at any time and change the terms and conditions without incurring any liability.

3. CASHBACK & FREE GIFT

3.1. The cashback will be sent to the claimant in the form of a voucher code for use on www.designersofas4u.co.uk. Designer Sofas 4u Ltd will not enter into any alternative arrangement.

3.2. The cashback offer is 5% cashback in the form of vouchers for the total purchase value.

3.3. It is the claimants responsibility to use the voucher code whilst it is still valid¹.

3.4. Only one voucher code will be issued per transaction and it is the claimants responsibility to process their voucher code as required and within the necessary time period whilst it is valid¹.

3.5. The Voucher code is for single use by the claimant to be redeemed on www.designersofas4u.co.uk.

5. DISCLAIMERS

5.1. Designer Sofas 4u Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules shall have the effect of excluding or restricting Designer Sofas 4u Ltd liability for personal injury or death caused by the proven negligence of Designer Sofas 4u Ltd.

5.2. Designer Sofas 4u Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of God, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

6. JURISDICTION

6.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and come under the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts, except where any contract is made in Scotland or the Republic of Ireland, in which case it will be governed by Scottish or Irish law as applicable.
