Excellent Customer Care

Excellent support from customer services when dealing with some requests of mine. I wanted to change my initial order and the help I received, particularly from K, was wonderful. K went above and beyond in making sure that I had all options available and kept in regular touch throughout the decision making process.
I am very happy with the way this matter was dealt with

Very poor quality chesterfield sofa…

Very poor quality chesterfield sofa when I order it came damaged from corner and cushions were in bad condition i spoke with customer service with photos and all proofs but nothing resolved now the buttons are coming off very bad quality and trash furniture don’t waist your money

Bought 2 Chesterfield leather chairs…

Bought 2 Chesterfield leather chairs which are fabulous. They arrived earlier than I anticipated and the delivery chaps were very helpful. They unpacked them, put them in position for me and took the packaging away with them.
I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Poor quality leather sofa.

This is typical behaviour of designer sofas 4U, they have repeatedly stated on trust pilot they would look into my complaint but they don’t. I haven’t heard anything from them, despite the fact I gave them all the details. As it stands now, they have received their product back but have only refunded 70 percent of my money, which is against consumer law.

After reading their response below, they seem to be calling fraudulently taking 30 percent of your money a cancellation fee. I didn’t cancel my purchase, I had to send it back because of the state of the leather which deteriorated so rapidly after a month. They took the sofa back to their warehouse and sent pictures of the “repair’ but it still looked very worn and damaged. I have checked my emails including junk mail, I have answered every email. They have been ignoring my emails. The law takes precedence. The product has been returned. They don’t have any rights to keep 30 percent of my money when the product has been returned and not repaired to an adequate standard. I suspect they can’t repair it because the leather is so damaged and worn. They are not within their legal rights to keep 30 percent of the customer’s money.

Update: Upon Investigating your issue, I can see that our team responded to your in multiple instances and you have failed to respond it, We took back your sofa and Conditioned it as well and showed you the difference but you have not responded to our offer of re-delivering the item to you,

We understand that you wish to cancel the order and as per T&Cs that you have agreed there is 30% cancellation charge for it. We still await your response

Amazing quality and Customer Service

Amazing quality and Customer Service. I first used Designer Sofas 4U four years ago to purchase a Chesterfield set which arrived perfectly and is still perfect.

I purchased another Chesterfield set in a different colour for another property which arrived this week which is absolutely perfect again!

The chesterfield sofas are exactly what…

The chesterfield sofas are exactly what I imagined for my home, it was overwhelming and complete satisfaction in looks comfort and very important value for money. After much looking this place met my budget and amazing service perfect updates on the process and very careful polite delivery men. And to come out all the way to a well earnt name for the roughest part of London Brixton. Thank you and highly recommended.

Hidden Gem.I felt unrushed and was given very good advice from the sales lady. Decided I wanted to go home and measure up and make a decision on colour of leather to choose, as it's an expensive purchase to get it wrong. No pressure at all. Overall a very good buying experience, enhanced by the friendliness and professionalism of staff and a very lovely cup of coffee to round off the experience. Thankyou.

I have purchased a 3 seater sofa with…

I have purchased a 3 seater sofa with them. The sofa arrived broken and the wood is of poor quality. I declined the sofa, however the delivery driver refused to take it back. The seller is appeared to sell poor quality items and items that are repaired previously. The sofa appeared to be previously returned by someone else and resold repaired. The sofa is heavy, broken on one side not sitting straight and people can break their back. moreover sharp nails are protruding through the broken side.If the sofa is of good quality and first hand item it shouldn't have broken first of all. I have informed the seller that the item came damaged and broken but they are not taking any responsibility. I have claimed a refund through PayPal as it was Paid through PayPal but the seller is not responding to the PayPal. I am dealing with the issue for many months now and the item is not collected or refunded. it is hard to deal with the seller. The issue made me stressed and I lost a lot of money with this seller. I am sharing my experience so that other buyers are aware that this is not a good company and better to purchase through responsible sellers for a quality product, after sale service and collection and refund for damaged product. with this company your money is at risk.
