Built round a solid pinewood frame it has a metal reclining mechanism with elalstic 80mm NEA webbings for the seat base & 60mm webbings within the backrest.
Seat: 30kg HR polyurethan foam with fibre covering
Arm: 25kg foam
Backrest: 30kg foam

My boss was going to setup a new office in Birmingham. And I was the in-charge of that project. I was surfing internet for the furniture collection suitable for the new office and the boss as well. As my boss is so much status conscious, so It was very difficult for me to take decision that will fulfill the both requirements.
