This is just the most horrendous experience I have ever had shopping online and I have all the email conversations to prove it along with the photos of visibly poor craftsmanship. I had to return the whole leather sofa set which was poorly made and still not all perfect on the second delivery but I just accept it but the wing chair is an ongoing nightmare. They just can’t seem to get it right and I am not being a nagg about this , I will send anyone the photos to judge for yourself. Yesterday they collected the wing chair again for the 4th or 5th time and did not leave a curtesy chair, stating that because of Covid they was not doing that but all the other time before they left one so when I contacted the sales department manager and not the after sales department manager, they then changed their tone sayin the driver forgot to load a replacement chair, then offered me 45£ delivery refund with no mention of a curtesy chair or 45£ refund was optional. I will never recommend them .
