The fabrics meet the requirements of BS5852 Part 1 Source 0 (cigarette) Ignitions Source 1 (Match) as laid out in the furniture & furnishings regulations 1988.

Treatable to Crib 5 for contract use.

Suitable for general domestic upholstery

It is characteristic of velvet and chenille fabrics that they are subject to seating or pressure marking. This is where shading can occur due to change of light reflection when the pile is naturally reversed during use.
